Since I had to drive an hour & half to meet in the rain in a parking lot in Lieu of $100 fee for Home Repair!
*At the request of Mechanic Brian,next time there might not be a travel fee?!
Hopefully my 2016 Jeep Compass won't need anymore repairs in the near future!
If Auto Concept was closer/without traveling fees, I would certainly consider regular maintenance.

"My car has been out of commission for over 3 months due to a bad electronic throttle body. It was hard finding a reliable mobile mechanic that truly knew what they were doing. I came across auto concepts Llc and contacted them for a quote. Ashley worked with me to find a part that fit my budget and even though I had to reschedule my appointment twice, they still were able to fit me in last minute. Bryan was fast, informative, and very kind. Feels great to have my car running again! Highly recommend".

He was able to run a diagnostic on my car and gave me a list of things that needed to be done! "I had a major engine issue that occurred and managed to get my car back to my house. I found Auto Concepts online and it was nice to have someone come to our home and give us a thorough diagnosis and estimate. They then did the repair over two days at the house so we didn't have to tow the car to a shop. Our mechanic Brian did all of the work - the estimate and the repair. The work was easy to schedule and he arrived promptly each time. The company was also easy to communicate with as well. Brian finished the work yesterday and the car is running great so far! I will be contacting them again if I am in need of future repairs."
"From dispatch to service, everything went very smoothly. Rich in the main office was in constant contact with me, updating me on the mechanic's ETA and the likely service charges. He was also prompt with the invoicing and updates to billing as the situation unfolded. The mechanic, Bryan, gave me a professional assessment of the value of continues repairs and did not try to blow any smoke about the importance of each component replacement. My car was on death's doorstep and now it's running smooth as silk! Can't recommend highly enough."
